Bob Kennard will be talking briefly, between courses, at the Much Ado About Mutton dinner at Ludlow's Bistro 7 on Saturday 13 September, 7.30pm.

Here's the menu:

         Mutton & mint broth with chanterelles

          Braised shoulder cooked with fennel and garlic wrapped in Serrano ham
          Mutton burger on field mushroom, caramelised onion with fine caper sauce
